Design-Build school addition for expanded curriculum and building functionality. Site work, structural, mechanical, electrical, sprinkler, finishes, and egress changes needed for improvements on both levels of the building. Budget and schedule were both challenges with variety of scope and the amount of items being added in one area. Worked closely with staff to ensure everyone’s needs were met on time.

University Avenue Center

As part of the Festival Foods redevelopment on the east end of University Avenue in Green Bay, we constructed a 9,060 sf in-line retail shops building. The 4-sided architecture required by the local planning office for the busy intersection created a handsome, flexible building. L.P. Mooradian Showroom-Office-Shop
Project Date: Summer, 2013

Built: Summer 2013 Design-Build new construction and site development in the Stadium Business District.  Pre-engineered metal building with custom elevations and interior build-out of company offices, showroom space, and shop areas. Notables:  Worked with Village of Ashwaubenon for committee-approved architectural design per new Stadium District requirements.  Less than three month schedule from delivery of structural frame.

Retail Strip Center - Kenosha, WI
Project Date: Summer, 2013

Built:  2013-2014 Constructed 12,000sf retail center with Dollar Tree build-out and associated site work. Notable:  Design-Build. Foundations and block walls above grade progressed through worst winter in history.  Turned over to retail tenant on time. Full concrete parking lot.
